Ciao Brate! Welcome back to my YouTube channel. My name is Adele Handy and make
sure you like and subscribe. I mean for real like this video
and today I'm gonna be showing you some easy exercise but first let's take a
moment to appreciate that outfit. It flatters all my curves and a little bit
more. So stay strong brothers we are about to start. First I start with a
little bit of stretching. I always stretch my legs and back before starting.
Here you can see that I bend over and put my knees on the couch. To warm up my
legs a little bit I do some deep squats.
I'm moving my hips left and right just to make sure everything is working
properly. You know what I mean. Now I'm moving my back a little bit more squats
because I'm feeling it. You know actually I know many exercise to stretch but I
always do what I'm feeling because I already know my body very well. I showed
this exercise, this specific one in my previous video. You can see more. Here I'm
just standing. I used to be bent over on my knees but now I'm standing on the
floor. It gives you a nice cracking noise in your spine so it feels amazing.
Just twisting my spine in circles.
This one is used for back mobility. It always feels good to stretch your back,
get some cranky sounds. It gives you so much energy. And plus stretching your
