I would say my favorite book is probably "The Upanishads".

It is one of the oldest books ever written

and it is definitely my favorite.

"The Upanishads" are about meditation and spirituality

and seeing everything as one.

I really like that it is from a lineage

that is thousands of years old

and I find it pretty trustworthy.
